Last month, Mitsubishi Motors North America announced that the company was planning a complete overhaul of their U.S. brand beginning on a corporate level. As a result of this, Mitsubishi’s U.S. headquarters will soon relocate from Cyprus, California to Franklin, Tennessee.

To help support this move, and in an effort to continue their American revamp, Mitsubishi is currently seeking new employees who will better fit the motor company’s new corporate direction. This new direction is fully supported by Fred Diaz, current president and CEO of Mitsubishi Motors North America.

“We encourage anyone eager to help write the roadmap for our future to join us,” Diaz said in a recent news release, adding that the upcoming relocation is an important part of the company’s plan “to reinvent every aspect of Mitsubishi Motors in the U.S.”

Mitsubishi’s official recruiting efforts will begin with later this week at a job fair in Franklin, Tennessee, where MMNA hopes to fill 150 open positions in a variety of departments throughout the company. Benefits for these positions include healthcare, a 401(k) package, a casual dress code, flexible hours, a new and modern workplace, “all the gourmet coffee you can drink, and the chance to be part of building something very special,” Mitsubishi stated.

With this brand-wide reinvention, MMNA hopes to continue its six straight years of annual sales gains as well as its growing inventory of new or recently promoted leadership executives which MMNA claims brings “new experiences, backgrounds, and a diversity of thought to the team.”

If you are interested in coming aboard MMNA in time for the company’s greatest evolution or if you know someone who might be interested, you’re encouraged to explore the open job roles by visiting as soon as possible.
